Mahindra’s passenger vehicle division delivered a solid sales performance in March 2026, recording total sales of 60,272 units. This represents a strong 25.4% increase compared to the 48,048 units sold in March 2025. Month-on-month growth was mostly steady, with a slight rise of 0.4% from the 60,018 units sold in February 2026. The company maintained its No. 3 ranking in the market, supported by demand for its key SUV models along with the growing XUV and electric vehicle lineup.
The Scorpio range (Scorpio-N and Classic) continued to lead, with sales reaching 14,578 units in March 2026. This reflects a 4.78% increase year-on-year, though there was a minor 0.59% decline compared to the previous month. Mahindra is set to boost this lineup further with a refreshed Scorpio-N, which has already been seen undergoing testing and is expected to debut later this year.

Mahindra’s performance in March 2026 reflects a well-rounded growth approach. Established SUV models such as Scorpio, Thar, Bolero, and the XUV range continue to drive overall volumes. At the same time, the company’s electric vehicle lineup is growing quickly, although demand varies across different models. With several updates and new launches anticipated in both internal combustion and electric segments, Mahindra appears well placed to maintain its growth momentum in the months ahead.
