Euler Motors has expanded its manufacturing facility in Palwal, Haryana, with an investment of ₹100 crore, adding a dedicated production line for its electric four-wheeler commercial vehicle range. The expansion increases the company’s annual manufacturing capacity to up to 24,000 vehicles.
The expanded facility will focus on the production of Euler Motors’ Turbo EV 1000 and Storm EV, as the company looks to meet rising demand for electric commercial vehicles in India.
The expanded manufacturing facility now operates across 40 acres and features dedicated infrastructure for electric four-wheeler production. The plant includes an automated four-wheeler assembly conveyor, dedicated vehicle assembly lines, a body shop and an integrated battery-pack assembly line.
At full capacity, the facility is expected to operate across two shifts along with an additional hybrid shift. The expansion is intended to help Euler Motors increase production while maintaining quality and reliability as demand for electric cargo vehicles grows.
The new production line will manufacture two key electric commercial vehicles — the Turbo EV 1000, a one-tonne electric truck, and the Storm EV, which features advanced driver assistance technology.
According to company figures, the Turbo EV 1000 has contributed to an increase in electric vehicle penetration in the one-tonne four-wheeler cargo segment, from around 1% to 5.8% within 10 months of its launch. Euler Motors estimates its market share in this segment at around 28%.

Euler Motors has reported a sharp increase in its four-wheeler sales. Monthly sales reportedly increased from around 40 units in April 2025 to approximately 800 units in June 2026.
The company believes the growth reflects increasing acceptance of electric commercial vehicles, particularly as operators look for alternatives that can combine operating efficiency with the performance required for commercial applications.
The Palwal facility also incorporates testing and validation into different stages of the manufacturing process.
Critical vehicle systems such as suspension frames, drivetrain components and steering systems undergo testing to identify potential issues at an early stage.
Battery packs are subjected to several tests, including:
Electrical, mechanical and thermal systems are also validated before vehicles are delivered to customers.
The Storm EV is another important product for Euler Motors' electric four-wheeler strategy. The company positions the model as a commercial vehicle equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
The technology is aimed at improving safety and bringing advanced driver-support features into the commercial vehicle segment.
Euler Motors says its vehicles are designed and engineered in India, supported by a highly localised supply chain.
The expanded Palwal facility is therefore not only aimed at increasing production volumes but also at strengthening the company's domestic manufacturing capabilities.
The integrated production setup, including battery-pack assembly and vehicle testing, is expected to give the company greater control over manufacturing quality and component validation.
The ₹100 crore expansion comes as electric vehicles gain greater acceptance in India's commercial mobility sector.
Commercial operators are increasingly evaluating electric vehicles based on factors such as operating costs, range, payload capability, reliability and overall lifecycle economics. Euler Motors is looking to address these requirements through locally developed electric commercial vehicles and increased manufacturing scale.
The company also expects the expanded facility to support the creation of skilled employment opportunities in the Palwal region.
The Palwal expansion gives Euler Motors significantly more room to scale its electric four-wheeler business. With annual manufacturing capacity of up to 24,000 vehicles, dedicated production infrastructure and integrated battery assembly, the company is better positioned to respond to increasing demand.
The Turbo EV 1000 and Storm EV will be central to this next phase, while the company's focus on local manufacturing, testing and technology could help strengthen its position in India's growing electric commercial vehicle market.
Overall, the ₹100 crore investment marks an important step in Euler Motors' plan to scale electric four-wheeler production and accelerate the adoption of electric commercial vehicles in India
