Mini has introduced its official ‘Mod My Mini’ customisation programme in India, giving customers greater freedom to personalise the appearance of their cars. The programme is available for both the Mini Cooper S and Mini Countryman, and can be opted for by new as well as existing Mini owners.
The initiative offers a wide selection of genuine accessories, exclusive paint shades and themed decals. Customers can customise several exterior elements, including the roof, mirror caps, spoilers and brake callipers, allowing them to create a more individual look for their Mini.
According to Mini, the programme provides more than 100 classic Mini colour shades, along with multiple exclusive decal themes and a range of original accessories.
By combining these options, customers can create as many as 2.5 million unique combinations. This extensive range is aimed at buyers who want their Mini to have a distinctive appearance rather than opting for a standard factory configuration.

One of the key aspects of the programme is that it is not limited to customers purchasing a new Mini. Existing owners can also explore the available personalisation options, making it possible to refresh or alter the appearance of their vehicles.
The use of official accessories and decals also provides customers with a manufacturer-backed customisation route instead of relying on aftermarket modifications.
Mini has confirmed that decals installed through the official programme will be covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of installation. This provides additional assurance to customers choosing the customisation package.
The available options and parts may vary depending on the model and availability at individual dealerships.
The ‘Mod My Mini’ programme is designed around the idea of giving owners more control over the visual identity of their vehicles. The company believes that personalisation is an important part of the Mini ownership experience and wants customers to create cars that reflect their individual tastes.
Hardeep Singh Brar, President and CEO of BMW Group India, said the programme gives Mini owners greater control over the design of their vehicles and reflects the company's belief that every Mini should have its own distinctive character.
Interested customers can approach their nearest Mini dealership to explore the available customisation choices, accessories and part availability.
With the launch of ‘Mod My Mini’, Mini is adding a more personalised ownership experience to its Indian portfolio, giving both new and existing customers a wider range of options to make their cars stand out.
