Royal Enfield bikes recorded domestic sales of 1,21,527 motorcycles in October 2026, compared with 1,16,844 units in October 2025. This represents a year-on-year increase of approximately 4%.

The Indian market continued to be the biggest contributor to the company's overall performance, accounting for more than 91% of its October sales.

Popular motorcycles such as the Classic 350, Bullet 350, Hunter 350, Meteor 350 and Himalayan continue to strengthen Royal Enfield's position in India's premium motorcycle market.

Domestic sales also improved slightly compared with September 2026, when the company sold 1,21,326 motorcycles.

Exports Jump 47% Year-on-Year

Exports emerged as one of the strongest growth drivers for Royal Enfield in October 2026.

The company shipped 11,915 motorcycles to international markets, compared with 8,107 units in October 2025. This represents an impressive year-on-year increase of approximately 47%.

The improvement in overseas shipments added 3,808 motorcycles to the company's monthly export volume.

Royal Enfield continues to focus on expanding its international presence, with demand for its mid-size motorcycles supporting its global business.

Month-on-Month Sales Decline Marginally

Despite registering positive year-on-year growth, Royal Enfield's total sales declined slightly compared with September 2026.

The company recorded total sales of approximately 1,33,958 motorcycles in September 2026, compared with 1,33,442 units in October.

This represents a marginal month-on-month decline of around 0.4%.

Interestingly, domestic sales increased slightly from 1,21,326 units in September to 1,21,527 units in October. However, exports declined from 12,632 units to 11,915 units during the same period.

The reduction in export shipments resulted in a small decline in overall monthly volumes.

Royal Enfield Records Best-Ever Festive Season Sales

One of the biggest highlights of Royal Enfield's October performance was its record festive-season achievement.

The company sold a combined 2,67,400 motorcycles during September and October 2026, marking its best-ever festive-season performance.

The two-month sales volume also surpassed the company's entire festive-season sales figure from the previous year.

Strong demand across the Classic, Bullet and Himalayan motorcycle families helped Royal Enfield maintain its momentum during the festive period.

The company is also increasing production to meet customer demand as the festive season continues.

Larger Engine Motorcycles Record Strong Growth

Royal Enfield's larger-capacity motorcycle portfolio also delivered positive growth in October 2026.

Motorcycles with engine capacities above 350cc recorded sales of 16,626 units, compared with 14,077 units in October 2025. This represents year-on-year growth of approximately 18.1%.

Meanwhile, motorcycles with engine capacities up to 350cc, including the combined electric vehicle reporting category, recorded sales of 1,16,816 units, compared with 1,10,874 units in the previous year.
