🔹 Tata Sierra’s strong performance
Aside from winning the Car of the Year title, the Sierra also captured the Best Design & Styling award and the Viewers’ Choice Car of the Year honour, highlighting its broad appeal among both the jury and the public.
🔹 TVS’s multiple honours
TVS Motor Company took home three awards, with the Apache RTX 300 leading the charge and the Ntorq 150 and Ultraviolette X47 scoring recognition in their respective categories.
🔹 Mahindra named Manufacturer of the Year again
Mahindra Auto clinched the Manufacturer of the Year title for the third consecutive time, reflecting sustained excellence across its vehicle lineup.
🔹 Industry recognition
The awards also recognised individuals contributing to automotive leadership — notably Sudarshan Venu, Chairman and MD of TVS Motor Company, who received the Person of the Year award.
The Autocar India Awards are more than just trophies — they offer a benchmark for consumers. Vehicles honoured here are typically noted for real-world usability, engineering excellence, and segment leadership.
