Tata Motors is rolling out attractive discounts across its passenger vehicle range in August 2026, giving buyers an opportunity to save on select petrol, diesel, CNG and electric models. Depending on the model, variant and eligibility, the benefits include cash discounts, exchange bonuses, scrappage incentives, loyalty benefits and special Freedom Celebration offers.
The highest benefits are available on select electric vehicles, with discounts and other incentives going up to Rs 3.5 lakh. However, the exact offer may differ based on dealership, location, variant, model year and available stock.
Here is a model-wise look at Tata Motors' August 2026 discount offers.
The new Tiago facelift is not covered under Tata Motors' official August discount programme. However, dealers are offering benefits on selected pre-facelift Tiago and Tigor models, excluding the XE variants.
Customers can get a Rs 15,000 cash discount, along with either a Rs 10,000 exchange bonus or Rs 15,000 scrappage benefit. Selected pre-facelift Tiago units also qualify for a Rs 5,000 Freedom Celebration bonus.
The pre-facelift Tiago EV gets considerably higher benefits, with total incentives of up to Rs 1.45 lakh, depending on the variant and stock available.
The Tata Altroz continues to attract discounts in August as Tata Motors prepares for the upcoming festive buying season.
Buyers can receive cash benefits of up to Rs 35,000, including applicable Freedom Celebration offers. An additional Rs 15,000 exchange bonus and scrappage benefits of up to Rs 20,000 can further reduce the effective purchase cost.
The standard Tata Punch does not have an official discount offer for August 2026.
In contrast, buyers looking for an electric version can benefit from substantial incentives on the pre-facelift Punch EV. Tata Motors is offering benefits of up to Rs 1.45 lakh on selected units, subject to availability.
The Tata Nexon gets one of the more attractive discount packages among Tata's internal-combustion models this month.
Customers can avail themselves of cash benefits of up to Rs 55,000, along with a Rs 15,000 exchange bonus and scrappage benefits of up to Rs 20,000, subject to applicable terms.
The Nexon EV is also available with benefits of up to Rs 45,000, making it a more attractive proposition for customers considering an electric SUV.
The Tata Curvv is available with a broad range of benefits in August 2026. The offer package includes a Rs 30,000 cash discount, Rs 40,000 exchange bonus, Rs 45,000 scrappage benefit and a Rs 50,000 loyalty bonus, depending on eligibility.
The biggest savings are reserved for selected Curvv EV MY2025 stock. Total benefits on eligible vehicles can exceed Rs 3.5 lakh, making the previous model-year Curvv EV one of Tata Motors' most heavily discounted electric models this month.
Tata Motors has also introduced offers on the recently launched Sierra range.
The Sierra ICE is eligible for Rs 30,000 in scrappage benefits, along with loyalty incentives on selected variants. At present, the Sierra EV does not have an official discount scheme.
The Tata Harrier and Safari are being offered with a combined package of benefits in August 2026.
The offer includes:
The exact benefits can vary according to the selected variant, dealership and buyer eligibility.
The recently launched Harrier EV gets a significantly stronger incentive package than its ICE counterpart.
Eligible buyers can receive:
The final savings will depend on the buyer's eligibility, selected variant and the dealership's applicable offer structure.
Tata Motors is also extending corporate discounts on selected variants to eligible Tata Group employees. These benefits can be combined with applicable schemes in accordance with the company's offer terms, potentially improving the overall purchase value.

Substantial benefits, depending on eligibility |
Benefits may include a combination of cash discounts, exchange bonuses, scrappage benefits, loyalty offers and other applicable schemes. Actual discounts can vary by variant, dealership, location and stock.
Tata Motors' August 2026 offers are not uniform across India. The final discount depends on the model year, variant, dealership, city, available stock and customer eligibility. Some benefits are also linked to exchange, scrappage or existing Tata ownership.
Therefore, buyers should confirm the complete offer structure and applicable terms with an authorised Tata Motors dealership before booking the vehicle.
With benefits reaching over Rs 3.5 lakh on selected Curvv EV MY2025 stock, and discounts of up to Rs 1.45 lakh on select pre-facelift EV models, August could be an attractive month for buyers looking to purchase a Tata car at a reduced effective price
