TVS July 2026 Sales Surge 41.68%: Jupiter Leads as iQube Nearly Matches Apache

TVS Motor Company recorded a strong performance in the domestic two-wheeler market in July 2026, with total sales reaching 4,37,394 units. This represents a 41.68% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared with 3,08,720 units sold in July 2025.

The company also registered a 6.42% month-on-month (MoM) growth, improving from the 4,11,014 units recorded in June 2026.

Among individual models, TVS Jupiter remained the company’s biggest volume contributor, while the iQube electric scooter continued its rapid growth, coming within just 18 units of the Apache range.

TVS Jupiter Continues to Lead the Lineup

TVS Jupiter recorded 1,48,595 units in July 2026, registering 18.99% YoY growth and 8.62% MoM growth.

Compared with July 2025, Jupiter volumes increased by 23,719 units, while sales were up by 11,790 units over June 2026.

With nearly 34% of TVS' total domestic sales, Jupiter continued to be the company's strongest volume driver. The scooter's consistent growth is also helping it gradually narrow the sales gap with the Honda Activa.

Apache and iQube Almost Neck-and-Neck

The TVS Apache finished July as the second-best-selling model range, recording 59,404 units. Sales increased by 58.13% YoY, compared with 37,566 units in July last year. On a monthly basis, Apache sales grew 7.26% from 55,382 units in June.

The TVS iQube was just 18 units behind Apache, registering 59,386 units.

iQube sales surged by an impressive 157.87% YoY, compared with 23,029 units in July 2025. The electric scooter added 36,357 units year-on-year, representing the largest absolute YoY volume gain among TVS models during the month.

With iQube contributing approximately 13.58% of TVS' domestic sales, electric scooters have become an increasingly important part of the company's overall sales mix.

TVS XL and Ntorq Maintain Strong Volumes

The TVS XL recorded 50,497 units in July, registering 48.56% YoY growth. Monthly sales remained largely stable, increasing by 0.68% compared with June.

The TVS Ntorq followed with 38,336 units, representing 46% YoY growth and 1.52% MoM growth.

Both models continued to contribute significant volumes to TVS' overall domestic performance.

Raider Sales Grow YoY, But Decline MoM

The TVS Raider registered 34,125 units in July 2026, marking 39.22% YoY growth.

However, its monthly performance was weaker, with sales declining 7.73% from the 36,983 units recorded in June.

Despite the monthly decline, Raider remained one of the company's key motorcycle volume contributors.

TVS Ronin Crosses 10,000 Units for Second Consecutive Month

The TVS Ronin was one of the month's standout performers. Sales reached 10,738 units, representing a massive 94.63% YoY increase.

More importantly, Ronin crossed the 10,000-unit mark for the second consecutive month. After recording 10,157 units in June, July became the first time since its launch that the motorcycle delivered two consecutive months of five-digit sales.

The performance suggests increasing acceptance of the Ronin among customers seeking a neo-retro motorcycle with relaxed ergonomics and everyday usability.

Radeon and Zest Also Post Growth

The TVS Radeon recorded 13,927 units, up 37.86% YoY.

Meanwhile, TVS Zest registered 10,358 units, growing 9.68% YoY and 2.51% MoM.

Both models contributed positively to TVS' overall domestic sales growth during the month.

Apache RTX Boosts Premium Motorcycle Volumes

TVS' premium motorcycle portfolio also recorded a significant improvement in July.

Combined sales of the Apache RTX and 310-series motorcycles stood at 2,239 units, representing a substantial 349.60% YoY increase from 498 units in July 2025.

Sales also increased 20.70% MoM, compared with 1,855 units in June.

The sharp growth can largely be attributed to the new Apache RTX, which expands TVS' premium motorcycle portfolio into the adventure and touring segment. Previously, this category was primarily represented by the more niche Apache RR310 and RTR310.

With the RTX, TVS now has a product aimed at a broader audience interested in adventure-oriented and long-distance motorcycles.

Sport Is the Only Model to Decline YoY

The TVS Sport was the only active model in the lineup to record a year-on-year decline during July.

Sales stood at 9,789 units, down 3.65% YoY and 15.32% MoM.

TVS did not report any Star City sales for July 2026, compared with 2,768 units recorded in July 2025.

TVS July 2026 Sales: Key Takeaways

TVS' July performance highlights strong momentum across its scooter and motorcycle portfolio. Jupiter remained the company's primary volume driver, while the rapid growth of iQube demonstrates the increasing importance of electric scooters in TVS' domestic business.

At the same time, strong performances from Apache, XL, Ntorq, Raider, Ronin and Radeon helped broaden the company's sales growth across multiple segments.

The most notable development was the iQube's near-parity with Apache and the continued five-digit performance of the Ronin. Meanwhile, the arrival of the Apache RTX is strengthening TVS' presence in the premium adventure motorcycle segment
