BMW Motorrad has revised the prices of the F 450 GS adventure motorcycle in India. The entry-level Base and Exclusive variants have become Rs 25,000 more expensive, while the top-spec GS Trophy variant gets the highest hike of Rs 30,000.
Following the latest revision, the BMW F 450 GS now starts at Rs 4.95 lakh and goes up to Rs 5.60 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle was launched in India earlier this year with introductory prices starting from Rs 4.70 lakh.

The latest revision means the F 450 GS GS Trophy is now Rs 30,000 more expensive than its introductory price. The Base and Exclusive versions have also moved up by Rs 25,000 each.
Apart from the price revision, BMW has not made any mechanical changes to the F 450 GS. The adventure motorcycle continues to use a 420cc, liquid-cooled, two-cylinder engine producing 48 hp at 8,750 rpm and 43 Nm of peak torque at 6,750 rpm.
The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and uses a chain drive. BMW claims a top speed of 165 kmph, while the motorcycle has a kerb weight of 178 kg and a 14-litre fuel tank.
The BMW F 450 GS is equipped with a 6.5-inch colour TFT display with a multi-controller and Bluetooth connectivity. It also gets LED lighting, a USB-C charging port, heated grips and adjustable levers.
Safety and electronic equipment include ABS Pro, Dynamic Traction Control, Dynamic Brake Control and Engine Drag Torque Control. The motorcycle also offers multiple riding modes designed for different riding conditions.
The higher-spec versions add equipment aimed at improving the bike's touring and off-road capability. The Exclusive variant gets features such as Gear Shift Assistant Pro, Riding Modes Pro, off-road footrests and additional protective equipment.
The GS Trophy sits at the top of the range and adds an Easy Ride Clutch, sport suspension, aluminium engine guard, off-road footrests, a tinted rally-style windshield and a different colour scheme.
The F 450 GS follows BMW's established GS adventure-bike design language. It features a full-LED headlight with the characteristic X-shaped lighting signature, a compact body and an upright riding position.
For suspension, the motorcycle uses an upside-down front fork and a rear suspension system with travel-dependent damping. The rear rebound and preload can also be adjusted. It rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear aluminium cast wheels, with 100/90-R19 front and 130/80-R17 rear tyres.
BMW Motorrad launched the F 450 GS in India in April 2026, with deliveries scheduled to begin from June 2026. The motorcycle is developed by BMW Motorrad in Germany and is locally produced in India. At launch, the introductory prices were Rs 4.70 lakh for the Base, Rs 4.90 lakh for the Exclusive and Rs 5.30 lakh for the GS Trophy.
With the latest revision, buyers now need to spend at least Rs 4.95 lakh for the BMW F 450 GS. The top-end GS Trophy costs Rs 5.60 lakh, making it Rs 30,000 costlier than its launch price.
Since the price increase has not been accompanied by mechanical changes, buyers are essentially paying more for the same engine, chassis and feature package offered before the revision.

The BMW F 450 GS has become more expensive in India in September 2026, with the price hike ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 depending on the variant. The Base now costs Rs 4.95 lakh, the Exclusive is priced at Rs 5.15 lakh and the GS Trophy costs Rs 5.60 lakh, all ex-showroom Delhi.
Despite the higher prices, BMW has retained the same 420cc twin-cylinder engine and overall mechanical package. The F 450 GS continues to target riders looking for a premium mid-capacity adventure motorcycle with strong road-going performance, off-road capability and extensive electronic equipment.
