The flagship Suzuki superbike continues with its familiar 1,340cc inline-four engine, while the latest changes focus on styling, battery technology and rider-assistance systems.

Hayabusa Special Edition Price in India

The new Suzuki Hayabusa Special Edition is priced at ₹19.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

For comparison, the updated standard Hayabusa is priced at ₹18.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This puts the Special Edition at a premium of ₹91,000 over the standard motorcycle.

What Makes the Special Edition Different?

The biggest changes to the Special Edition are visual.

It is offered in an exclusive Pearl Vigor Blue finish and gets several special detailing elements that distinguish it from the regular Hayabusa.

The 2026 Hayabusa range also receives a new ELIIY Power lithium-ion battery.

Suzuki says the new battery is lighter and more compact than the previous unit and is designed to provide more stable voltage delivery under load.

Electronics Get Revised

Suzuki has also made changes to some of the Hayabusa's electronic systems.

The Hayabusa continues to use Suzuki's 1,340cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, DOHC inline-four-cylinder engine. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and remains the centrepiece of the motorcycle's performance character.

The engine produces approximately 190bhp and 142Nm according to current India-market reporting.

Suzuki has also worked on the exhaust note using its Exhaust Sound Quality Evaluation Program, with the aim of delivering a distinctive sound while maintaining comfort during normal riding.

Premium Hardware Remains

The Hayabusa continues with a premium chassis and braking package.

The motorcycle uses a twin-spar aluminium frame and swingarm, along with adjustable KYB inverted front forks.

Braking hardware includes:

• Performance-focused Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S22 tyres
