Bajaj Auto appears to be preparing another update for its popular 125cc motorcycle range. The 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS125 has now been spotted at a dealership, giving the first clear look at some of the changes planned for the motorcycle.

The latest version appears to retain the familiar NS-series styling and existing mechanical package, while receiving a revised instrument cluster and fresh colour options. The dealership sighting suggests that Bajaj could introduce the updated NS125 in the coming months, although the company has not yet announced an official launch date or final pricing for the updated motorcycle.

New LCD Instrument Cluster

The most noticeable update is the revised LCD instrument console. The display features a large central speed readout, while the upper section incorporates a tachometer.

The screen also shows useful information such as gear position, clock, fuel level, refuelling warning and instantaneous fuel-efficiency data. This gives the NS125 a more informative dashboard without dramatically changing the motorcycle's cockpit layout.

The spotted motorcycle continues to use relatively simple switchgear. A mode button is positioned on the left side, while the right side gets the conventional engine-kill switch.

A more premium version with additional equipment, potentially including a TFT display or upgraded switchgear, could also be considered, but these details have not been confirmed.

Fresh Black-Red Colour

Bajaj also appears ready to introduce new colour treatments for the NS125. One of the motorcycles spotted at the dealership features a glossy black and red theme, with red graphics appearing around the tank extensions, belly cowl and rear body panels.

Red highlights on the wheels complement the overall design, while grey elements around the front and side sections provide additional contrast. Another motorcycle reportedly seen at the same dealership featured fluorescent yellow accents.

Despite the new colours, the core NS125 design remains familiar. The motorcycle continues with its muscular fuel tank, angular tank extensions, split-seat setup, separate grab rails and sharp rear styling.

Mechanical Package Expected to Continue

There is currently no indication of a major engine revision. The existing Pulsar NS125 is powered by a 124.45cc, single-cylinder petrol engine producing 12 PS at 8,500 rpm and 11 Nm at 7,000 rpm. It uses a 5-speed constant-mesh gearbox.

The current motorcycle also gets telescopic front suspension and a rear monoshock. Depending on the variant, braking equipment includes a front disc and rear drum, with Bajaj's current specifications listing single-channel ABS on select versions.

Launch Details Still Awaited

The dealership sighting indicates that Bajaj is moving ahead with the updated NS125, but official launch timing, variant details and the final price have not yet been announced.

For reference, Bajaj currently lists the NS125 at ₹99,622 ex-showroom, but this price applies to the existing model and should not be treated as the confirmed price of the upcoming update.

With the new display and colour options, the updated NS125 is expected to remain positioned as a sporty 125cc motorcycle while gaining a more modern dashboard experience.
