Omega Seiki Mobility Raises Rs 50 Crore Funding to Expand Electric Commercial Vehicle Business

Electric commercial vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has secured Rs 50 crore in funding to strengthen its operations and accelerate growth in the electric mobility sector. The company stated that the fresh capital will be utilised to increase manufacturing capacity, enhance research and development (R&D), expand its nationwide dealership and service network, and speed up the launch of next-generation electric mobility solutions.

Founded in 2018 by Uday Narang, Omega Seiki Mobility operates under the Anglian Omega Group and focuses on developing electric commercial vehicles, including electric three-wheelers, two-wheelers, and light electric trucks designed for last-mile delivery and logistics applications.

The company has manufacturing facilities located in Faridabad and Pune and has established a strong presence in India’s growing commercial EV market. OSM’s customer base includes major brands such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé, highlighting its growing role in electric fleet solutions.

According to the company, Omega Seiki Mobility recorded around Rs 333 crore in revenue during FY26, along with Rs 7.3 crore profit after tax (PAT) and an EBITDA margin of 7.7%.

With the latest investment, OSM aims to expand its product portfolio across cargo electric three-wheelers, passenger EVs, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles. The company is also working with financial partners and green mobility organisations, including cKers Finance and Mufin Green, to improve retail financing options and support wider electric fleet adoption.

The funding marks another step in Omega Seiki Mobility’s strategy to strengthen its position in India’s rapidly expanding electric commercial vehicle market and contribute to the transition towards sustainable transportation
