Lamborghini Revuelto SV Teased Ahead of August 14 Global Debut

Lamborghini is preparing to expand its high-performance SV family with the Revuelto SV, which is scheduled to make its global debut on August 14, 2026, during Monterey Car Week. The latest teaser follows the company's recent release of images showing a camouflaged Revuelto test car being put through its paces at Germany's Hockenheimring.

The upcoming model will carry forward Lamborghini's Super Veloce (SV) legacy, following performance-focused models such as the previous-generation Aventador SV. As the name suggests, the SV badge is reserved for Lamborghini's more extreme and track-oriented derivatives.

More Aggressive Aerodynamics

The Revuelto SV is expected to feature a substantially more aggressive exterior than the standard Revuelto. The front end appears to receive a redesigned bumper incorporating additional carbon-fibre components, a larger front splitter and enlarged air intakes.

At the rear, Lamborghini has previewed a large fixed aerodynamic wing, while the car is also expected to feature a redesigned underbody and active aerodynamic elements. These changes should increase downforce and improve high-speed stability, particularly during track driving.

The SV could also receive lightweight carbon-fibre wheels, high-performance brakes and specially developed exterior finishes. Exclusive SV badging and other visual details are likely to further distinguish the car from the regular Revuelto.

Track-Focused Cabin

Lamborghini's teaser images also provide an early look inside the Revuelto SV. Unlike the more luxurious cabin of the standard model, the SV appears to adopt a much more performance-oriented approach.

A heavy-duty roll cage, exposed metal sections and a stripped-back rear cabin highlight the car's motorsport-inspired character. The steering wheel appears to feature a combination of leather and carbon fibre, along with a red centre marker and carbon-fibre shift paddles.

Lightweight carbon-fibre bucket seats are also expected, while Alcantara or suede upholstery could be available depending on the customer's configuration. SV-specific logos, trim elements and weight-saving materials are likely to feature throughout the cabin.

V12 Hybrid Powertrain Expected to Deliver More Power

The Revuelto SV will continue to use Lamborghini's naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12, combined with three electric motors and a lithium-ion battery pack.

Although Lamborghini has not yet confirmed the final specifications, the hybrid system is expected to receive performance upgrades. The 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox could also be recalibrated for faster shifts, while the combined power output is expected to exceed that of the standard Revuelto.

For reference, the regular Revuelto produces 1,015 hp and 725 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and achieve a top speed of more than 350 km/h.

The SV version is expected to improve on these figures, supported by revised suspension, sharper steering and extensive aerodynamic upgrades.

Hockenheimring Testing Highlights Its Track Focus

Lamborghini has already demonstrated the Revuelto's performance capabilities at the Hockenheimring, where the brand recorded a claimed 1:41.6-minute lap with its test car. Lamborghini described the result as the fastest lap recorded at the circuit by a production car.

The upcoming Revuelto SV is expected to take this performance further with increased downforce, reduced weight and a more aggressively tuned chassis.

What to Expect From the Revuelto SV

With its more powerful hybrid V12, extensive carbon-fibre construction, track-focused aerodynamics and revised chassis, the Revuelto SV is shaping up to be considerably more extreme than the standard model.

More details, including its final power output, performance figures, weight and pricing, are expected to be revealed when Lamborghini officially unveils the Revuelto SV on August 14, 2026.
