Honda ZR-V e Rivals and Market Position
Priced at ₹47.99 lakh, the Honda ZR-V e competes in the premium SUV segment against models such as the Skoda Kodiaq, Volkswagen Tayron, and Jeep Meridian.
Unlike many competitors, the ZR-V focuses on strong-hybrid technology rather than a conventional petrol or diesel powertrain. Its biggest advantage is the claimed 22.8 km/l fuel efficiency, offering buyers a combination of premium features, performance, and lower running costs.
However, being imported as a CBU model increases its price significantly compared with locally manufactured Honda vehicles.

Honda ZR-V e Final Verdict
The Honda ZR-V e brings premium styling, advanced hybrid technology, impressive efficiency, and a strong safety package to the Indian SUV market. Its refined powertrain and feature-rich cabin make it an attractive option for buyers looking for a sophisticated hybrid SUV.
However, the high CBU-based pricing places it in a niche segment, limiting its reach to a smaller group of premium customers. The initial demand has been encouraging, and the ZR-V strengthens Honda’s presence in India’s growing premium hybrid SUV market
